About UsWe believe great tree service starts with great customer service. Our customers are the lifeblood of our business and we never lose sight of that. Providing excellent service is the only way to ensure that will fulfill our mission of offering as many customers as we are able with expert tree service.
Tree service is unlike other services like plumbing, electrician, masonry, and carpentry work. With those services, though they can be costly, mistakes can generally be made up for. Plumbing can be repaired, electricity reinstalled, roofing and wood replaced. This is not the case with tree service. Because trees are long-lived living things, If a tree is cut down in the wrong way, or if it is prescribed the wrong treatment, the tree can die. If a tree dies it cannot always be replaced. Trees grow slowly and take time to grow into their environment. Once a tree is gone it can be gone for a lifetime. If a tree is pruned in the wrong way, it could at first seem like the intervention succeed. However, years later the tree may have slowly died and require a hazardous removal ( the most dangerous trees to remove are structurally insecure trees in a densely populated urban environment). Because tree work requires such precision we are meticulous in our assessments and recommendations. We also pride ourselves on clearly communication these things with our customers. Once a customer contacts us we get all of the details of the job. We then dispatch an expert to the property or assess the situation themselves in person. They listen to the property owner about what problem he or she would like to be solved. The dispatched tree expert then makes their suggestions in the light of what the customers goals are. They give the customer a ballpark idea of how much the services will cost. After that a formal quote is sent in writing to the customer and we commence work as soon as that proposal is signed. We also work with the customer to obtain any permits necessary to do the work. Besides a detailed consultation with the customer, the other aspect of our customer service is getting to work quickly and conveniently. We give detailed instruction to customers about what to expect when our crew arrives and does the work, like what areas need to be clear and how long we expect the work to take. We arrive at a time when customers can be at the property to observe the work being done. We work efficiently and every member of our crew is working not breaking or standing around observing. We also take safety extremely seriously; our crews are regularly trained and updated on safety protocols. When the work is done, we clean up after ourselves and take away any debris that resulted in our work being done, we do not leave a customer's property littered with debris for them figure out how to clean up. Finally once the work is done, we have the customer inspect it to make sure it is up to standard, only then do we accept payment. |
